  The Rome rental apartment

This 70 sq. mts. (approx 800 sq. ft.) can easily and comfortably host up to four people, and is composed of a large entrance, leading to the two main rooms, on the left, and to the kitchen and the bathroom with shower. The living room is furnished with a very large table and chairs and one comfortable sofa which turns into a comfortable double bed. There is also a book shelf, a hi-fi, and a tv. The main and largest double bedroom, is on the left, just facing the kitchen, with a large wardrobe, a large desk and a book shelf. There is also a colour tv and a stereo. The bedroom also has a balcony with a table and two chairs with a view on the Vatican Walls. The kitchen is fully equipped and involves a snack table with chairs, ideal for breakfast, fridge and freezer, dishwasher and everything you'll need to cook and enjoy your meals. There is also a balcony in the kitchen with a view on an inner yard. The living room has a large window, letting brightness and air lighten up the atmosphere. Central heating. No air conditioning. TV, hi-fi stereo and a small stereo.

  Sourroundings

The Candia apartment is on a very bright 2nd floor (with lift), of a modern building. Its location is ideal to move around Rome, both for business and for pleasure, having the Cipro metro station and several bus lines passing just a few meters away. St. Peter's Basilica and the Vatican Museums (Sistine Chapel) are within walking distance, as well as shops and restaurants of every kind.

 
  How to arrive to the Rome rental apartment

From Leonardo da Vinci Fiumicino (FCO) airport Rome: by train to the Termini station (Leonardo Express train every 30 minutes). Underground line A for seven stops in the direction of Battistini and get off at Cipro. Walk 350 m - untill Via Candia 121.
From Ciampino Airport Rome (CIA): by bus to Termini Station, then follow the same path as in the case of FCO airport.
Arrival by car: Proceed toward the city center, following signs for the Vatican City. Take ring road Clodia, right on Via Candia untill no. 121.
