Located in a 19th century building, 5th floor with lift, it is divided into a comfortable living room with a sofa which can be turned into two single beds, a large and equipped kitchen (with washing machine), a nice double bedroom, and a tidy bathroom with tub. It has an area of 55 sq. meters, is suitable for 2/4 people, cosy and bright and has wooden floors and independent central heating. The multiracial neighborhood offers a colorful range of shops and amenities, but most of all the easy chance to visit the heart of Rome and its surroundings.

  Sourroundings

Nice and cosy apartment, central, close to the Colosseum, the Roman Forum and the ancient basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, easily accessible thanks to its good location, near Termini Train station, and the (Vittorio Emanuele) metro stop.

 
  How to arrive to the Rome holiday apartment

From Leonardo da Vinci Fiumicino (FCO) airport Rome: by train to the Termini station (Leonardo Express train every 30 minutes). Line A of the subway for one stop towards Anagnina at Vittorio Emanuele. Walking 750 m - Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II, continue on Via Emanuele Filiberto until arrival at number 17.
From Ciampino Airport Rome (CIA): by bus to Termini Station, then follow the same path as in the case of FCO airport.
Arrival by car: Proceed towards the city center, following the signs to Piazza Vittorio Emanuele. From Porta Maggiore take Via Statilia, right on Via di Santa Croce in Gerusalemme, left on Via Bixio, right in Via Emanuele Filiberto until arrival at number 17.
