Very quiet apartment of about 60sqm, located inside a residential courtyard on the ground floor. It consists of a lounge with large double sofabed for two people, kitchen, bathroom with shower, and double bed on the upper level. The apartment is equipped among others with heating, air conditioning, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, hair dryer, iron.

  Sourroundings

The location is ideal as a departure point for visiting Rome, for business or pleasure: the Ottaviano-San Pietro metro station and several bus lines are just a few steps away from the apartment. On foot you can also easily reach the Saint Peter's Cathedral and the Vatican Museums (with it's beautiful Sistine Chapel). Several shops and restaurants of all kinds are near by.

 
  How to arrive

From Leonardo da Vinci Fiumicino (FCO) airport: by train to the Termini station (Leonardo Express train every 30 minutes). Underground line A for six stops in the direction of Battistini and get off at Ottaviano-San Pietro stop. Walk 350 m - untill Via Famagosta 63.
From Ciampino Airport (CIA): by bus to Termini Station, then follow the same path as in the case of FCO airport.
Arrival by car: Proceed toward the city center, following signs for the Vatican City. Take ring road Clodia, right on Via Famagosta untill No. 63.
The nearest garage: Parcheggio Mercato Trionfale - Via Tunisi Prezzi: Euro 1,00/h. Tel: 06-39754485.
