You can visit the apartments you like on the site according to your criteria  e.g. the city area, number of people, facilities, prices.

What requirements do I need to provide you? 

Please inform us about the following requirements:

Number of people, if possible  the age of the party members;

The apartment selected among the ones you have visited on the website;

Location of your preference;

Budget : this information will enable us to consider or search the most suitable accommodation for you.
Period of your stay: the exact dates of arrival and departure. This information will define the availability and also the price (different seasons).
We will reply to you promptly as soon as we receive your message. We will inform you about apartments availability and prices.

Special references and requirements: for ex. a terrace, antique furniture, near to a particular tourist sites, ground floor as you cannot climb stairs, air conditioning etc.

What is a self-catering apartment? 

It is an apartment well equipped with all comforts and services that can be an easy alternative to a hotel or residence  by businessman or tourists.

You will have more flexibility; it is more convenient especially for a party travelling together. It is perfect for a family reunion or celebration; you have a home of your own and a base from which to explore.

What are the advantages of choosing a self-catering apartment instead of a Hotel room?

Our networks of apartments are located in the favoured districts of Rome. Our apartments are located close to the popular tourist destinations, restaurants and business districts of Rome.

We make sure that you are never far away from the best of restaurants, clubs, museums and other places of interest. Apartments are also close to markets making access to necessities easy.

The apartments are large and spacious compared to cramped hotel rooms. Moreover we offer range of facilities that a hotel might lack; also our apartments are ideal for those travelling in large groups.  

Our flats are conveniently located and contain kitchens, living rooms, TVs, and CD players. Economically, it’s a wise choice: up to four people can sleep in one of our apartments for the same price as a hotel room, and six or more can sleep in our larger flats. Our friendly, accommodating staff welcomes visitors from all over, and can offer discounts for longer stays.

What will the apartment  include?


 The apartment will be furnished and well equipped including the kitchen. General cleaning service is included as well as linen and towels for the bathrooms and the bedrooms.

What is included in the price? 

Our prices include: - paperwork,  - taxes. - professional assistance upon your arrival (check-in), during your stay, and at your departure(check-out). We will give you information regarding  grocery stores, supermarkets, tourist site, map, restaurants, bars, transport etc..

Gas, water, electricity, air conditioning, heating fees are included.

Are linen and towels included?

In the booked apartment you will find bed linen, bath and kitchen linen for the number of people in the apartment.

There is a charge of  65 Euros  for linen, towels and general cleaning.

How will I know if the apartment requested is available? 

Sending a information form to our agents. If the apartment selected by you is available, and you are interested on reserving it, then we will put an option for you valid for 3 working days.

If the apartment selected is not available, then alternative solutions will be proposed to you with similar features and services.

Do you offer other services? 

We offer the following services:
- professional  private car service, with pick-up at the airport or train station to the apartment or viceversa  by  English speaking driver and comfortable cars. Fares vary depending on the type of car and the distance covered. 
- our car service company can organize daily excursions near Rome (Roman Castles, Tivoli Villa d'Este, Hadrian's Villa etc.), to Umbria (Assisi, Orvieto etc.), to Pompeii, Amalfi, Naples etc. Please send us an e-mail to request a car
- additional professional cleaning (apart from the cleaning included in the price).
- professional baby sitter.

What is the booking procedure? 

Once received your confirmation booking by phone or by e-mail, we will send you an e-mail confirmation with all the payment procedure.

A deposit of 20% of the apartment total amount will be paid in order to book the apartment. This payment has to be done in 3 working days.

What is the payment procedure? 

The 20% deposit payment can be effected by  wire transfer or by credit card.

The balance must be paid CASH at the arrival.

Do you accept credit cards and travellers cheque?

We accept credit cards.

We don't accept travellers cheque.

Would be possible to cancel or change the reservation? 

Any cancellation or change must be communicated by fax or email  30 days before your  arrival.

In this case, 50% of the total amount will be refund
After this term, you will not be refunded

Is a safety deposit required? 

A deposit will be required, which has to be paid in cash upon arrival. This deposit will be given back to you at the end of your stay, minus any extra fees as well as the amount to cover any damages that may have been caused to the apartment or the furniture.
The amount of the deposit will be communicated to you  at the time of the booking.

Is it possible to visit the apartments before the booking reservation? 

Pictures, description and facilities are clearly shown on the website. Upon request, it will be possible to inspect the apartments.

What happens if there is a problem with the apartment already booked? 

If any problems or  inconveniences beyond our control will occur to the apartment already booked, we will find you immediately an  alternative accommodation of a similar standard or a superior one temporarily.

What is the check-in procedure? 

Check-in is between 2pm and 6pm.

In case of later arrivals, guests will be charged as follows:

20 Euros for arrivals between 6pm and 8pm;

35 Euros for arrivals after 8pm, and on Sundays or public holidays. 

A member of our staff will be waiting at the apartment for the delivery of the keys as well as the collection of the balance payment CASH. 

Our contact numbers are given to you during the correspondence through e-mail, in order to call our staff if there are some problems at the arrival or just  to alert us when you will be able to reach the apartment for the check-in procedure.

What is the check-out procedure? 

All the  apartments must be cleared by and not later than 11.00 a.m. 

Is it possible to extend the stay once got to the apartment? 

Yes, it is possible. Our staff must be informed immediately: if there are not coming next guests, then it will be possible to extend your stay in the same apartment. Otherwise, you need to take any apartments available for the dates you want. 

Is it possible to check-in earlier than 2p.m.?  For example, if someone will arrive in Rome with an intercontinental early flight … 

All the apartments must be cleared by 11am. This is the reason why check-in time is at 2pm.

Once guests left the apartments, they will be under general cleaning to allow next guest to enter in.

If there are no previous guests and the apartment is available  then you can check-in earlier than 2pm.

Do you provide transfer to/from the apartment? 

Our car service with licensed driver, can help you get to the apartment. The driver will be expecting you at the arrival gate and take you to your accommodation, in 40/50 minutes.

Prices are fixed, no surprises or troubles along the way.

Who do we have to contact in case of inconvenience or  problems during the stay? 

Our contact numbers will be given to you. You will have 24 hours assistance. There is a cellular phone always available for this purpose.

 Are the cleaning costs included in the price? 

The booked apartment will be handed over to you clean and tidy up.

The charge of 65 Euros is for linen, towels and general cleaning.

No extra cost .

If the apartment is not tidy, you will have to pay the cleaning costs directly to the owner or his/her representative.

 Are there extra costs?

The price of the apartment indicated on the website is intended all included. There is charge of 65 Euros for linen, towels and general cleaning.

Do you have a baby sitting service?

We can provide this kind of service upon request.

 Do you provide a baby cot if needed?

We can provide a cot upon request. Better if we know such request before your arrival in order to arrange it. The cost of it is 20 Euros for all you stay.

 What is the procedure for delivery of the keys on the departure day?

 The keys will be collected by someone of our staff the day of the guests’ departure.

Therefore, the apartments  will be inspected if damages have been occurred during the stay.

What happens if the flight is late?

You will keep in touch with us at the contact numbers given to you during the exchange correspondence or send to us an e-mail.

We will arrange the check-in according to your new arrival time.

Are your apartments in safe areas?

Yes, all our apartments are in safe areas.

Rome is like any Western European town a “safe” town. You do not have to worry about.
