DEPOSIT:
Once you have confirmed the option, you have 3 days
time to send a 30% of the overall cost of the apartment as a deposit.
The amount can be sent:
- By bank wire transfer.
- With a money order.
- With a cash transfer through Western Union or
similar.
- Via someone you know in Rome.
As soon as the payment will
be received, you will be
immediately informed and the option will turn into reservation.
If we do not receive payment within 3 days the option is no longer valid. |

BALANCE:
The remaining balance will have to be given CASH
upon your arrival by the apartment.

3)
SAFETY DEPOSIT:
Welcome in Rome has the right to ask for a safety deposit, to face
eventual damages to the apartment or its contents.
The deposit will be have to be given upon arrival, and totally
refunded at the end of the stay, after a general check out will assure
that, no damages have occurred.

RENUNCIATION:
Cancellation or any change
in the dates of the booking must be communicated by fax or e-mail 30 days
before the expected arrival. This will allow the right to a 50% refund,
of the amount sent. After this term, nothing will be refunded.

5)
ARRIVAL:
Our guests will be allowed in the apartment between 2pm and 6pm, unless previous
requests have been agreed.

6)
DEPARTURE:
In case our clients will decide for an earlier departure, then the
period of stay initially booked, nothing will be due. The apartment must be cleared by 11am. It must be left empty and in
good conditions, in respect of our cleaners.

7)
CANCELLATION:
If the reserved apartment, will not be available upon
our clients arrival, for reasons beyond our control, we will ensure an
equal standard and comfort accommodation. If this will not be satisfactory
for our clients, the total amount paid will be refunded.

8)
NUMBER OF GUESTS:
Only the number of people quoted in the booking form is allowed to
stay in the apartment.
In the event of any change, this will have to be previously communicated and
then agreed by the owner. Those who do not
comply with the above regulation will be asked to leave immediately, and will not
refunded.
The person who has made the reservation will be held responsible for any damages caused by
his/her companions.

9)
BEHAVIOUR:
Guests are expected to behave in a
civil manner, in the respect of the whole building and neiborhood, avoiding loud
noise, and any other behaviour which may disturb or damage.
Those who do not
comply with the above regulation will be asked to leave immediately, and will not
refunded.

10)
COURT:
Any claim or request must be communicated during the stay in the
apartment in order to allow us to solve any problem immediately. Any
objection or claim raised after departure won’t be accepted.
Any dispute will be settled in the Court of Rome.
Tenancy implies the unconditional acceptance of all the above conditions, eventual changes
to these conditions must be put in writing and be accepted.
